These are good people. I left the shop after they changed my tires and within a mile, I had apparently ran over something that punctured one of the tires. I called them and they dispatched a man to check it out. He realized that I had run over something. He jacked up my vehicle and took the tire off. He took it back to the shop and repaired it. He brought it back and placed it back on the vehicle. They didn't charge me anything.

I have been going to Estep's for 20 years or better. Their service has always been of the utmost in quality and honesty. Their prices aren't the cheapest to be found, but their quality and trustworthiness of service is unmatched, making the value of whatever you pay for your service an excellent bang for your buck. If you want a job done right in the least amount of time and want honest estimates of whatever the service, I can't find anyone to rival Estep's Tire in Bluefield, WV.
